I work for Ooma and I installed this customer. She was very nice, and pleasant. And the persons hair she was working on was very well done. Nice and clean salon as well.
Don't go unless you're ready to wait. First appointment took 6 hours for retwist and loc repair because there were 2 clients already waiting when I got there. 2 repaired locs came off and one was hanging. Scheduling for fixes was a nightmare. And you basically have to come in and hope no one just sat in her chair for a retwist.
I took my son here for starter Locs in February I made a appointment for 11am she didn’t get him out til 4:30pm. If people make a appointment there shouldn’t be anyone else in the chair when they come. Her time management is horrible. I made a second appointment for April for 11:30am she place someone else in the sit and my son still didn’t leave til 3pm. Some stylist are considerate of of other peoples time. We want be going back
