I read reviews before going in and Bernadette was very friendly so I was confident my hair would be taken care of....I was definitely wrong. My hair was double bleach processed which completely fried my hair, and it was left untoned so its copper at the roots and very bright everywhere else. Also I was quoted one price and charged a lot more than that, I now have to pay even more to get it fixed plus all the money I'm spending on hair treatments to try and fix some of the damage.
This was my first time. She runs her little boutique out of her home. Right away felt very comfortable. Hair came out great! Total Professional. Highly Recommend.
