Did not do the style I asked for and when I asked for it to be fixed, Ben H refused to fix the work he did on my hair!!! Never going back
He is incredibly rude and unprofessional. When given a style that was far from what my family member asked for he tacked on a huge price tag and refused to fix it. Mind you this family member was going through chemo and her hair of course is important to her. If you want good service and your hair done correctly DO NOT come to ben
