I paid $240 after discussing a full foil and color correction, and I was extremely disappointed with the result. Angela later described what she did as a “full color,” but what I observed was a root touch-up, and portions of my roots appeared untouched. The highlights were sparse and uneven, with noticeable lighter streaks that did not look blended. Toner was applied to some of those pieces, but the finished result still looked uneven.
