Pulls hair very hard consistently with every appointment (not a one time thing), burns scalp with blow dryer, and it hurts every time I'm getting my hair cut. She's very rough handling hair. Upcharges at random. I have always had the same amount of hair, but she suddenly upcharged $20 extra for my hair cut. It is standard to charge $10 more, but $20 is excessive. Disregards customer wishes. Will not be back.
