I have been doing hair for 25 years, Specializing in color and using Paul Mitchell products. I still love Paul Mitchell but I felt like I needed a change. After some research and sampling I have recently started using the Kenra color line. It has been a wonder change. I am always working on continuing education. Had an appointment at 10:00 today, got to the salon at 9:55, and left at 10:15, at which time Alicia had still not arrived for my haircut appointment. Ironically, I would have been charged $25 for missing my appointment. I feel like I should be PAID $25 for showing up and wasting 20 minutes there when the stylist was a no-show.
