I went to Alex a few years ago and I was very satisfied. This week I went with a groupon and he kept adding fees. $25 for thick hair and $25 for toner. The $88 turned into $138 plus tip. We openly expressed we were NOT happy with the highlights and he said you need to come 2 more times in order to get what we wanted. He uses basic materials. Our hair looked worst when we left. I DO NOT RECCOMEND ALEX.. YOU END UP spending a lot of money for a poor quality hair job..
Alex did an amazing job highlighting my hair! I also got a haircut and blowout, and everything turned out beautiful. He was incredibly fast and efficient, even though my hair is long and heavy. The whole experience was great, and I absolutely love the result. I’ll definitely be coming back for a touch-up. Highly recommend Alex! ♀️
