I went in for crocheting with three packs of hair and instructed the person not to put a lot of hair in my head. I am use to using no more than 2 packs. 2 hours later I emerged looking like I had a helmet on my head. She was rough on my head and never checked my comfort level. I was a regular customer until yesterday just lose a client the girl who started my hair had a attitude because she had an appointment she needed to go to and demanded i pay for my hair now because somebody is coming to finish my hair she is on her way I tell her no I will wait until the other girl come so she can finish my hair soon as the girl come in the door she haven't even touch my hair yet the first girl who started my hair demand i pay now because she already late for appintment with attitude this is not my first tim... read more
Went here bk in December and they did an awesome job on my twist. Went back in May 2018 and the girl who did my twist wasn't there so i asked for regular cornrows. They were horrible. The manager said for me to come back and the girl who did my twist can fix my hair. Well she fixed it. Its 100 times better that the cornrows style just not 100% what i asked for. Not sure if I'll go back.
The owner Ta Ta is extremely rude, deceptive, and disrespectful. She over charges, she doesn't respect her clients and she has no value for your dollar. There are much better braiders in Maryland, that will respect your hard earned dollar. Do not go to this so called "studio" because you will be disrespected and disappointed, once Tata takes your money because she will become a new person. #Trickery #Poor Service #Rude beyond reproach.., 🚫🔚
