At first, I thought, ok, I've found a good braided. No supplies of any kind, I mean none. Which Is unusual for a braiding salon. The whole time, Mrs. A was on the phone & setting music playlist once stopped, which was constantly. My hair would've come out better if she wasn't doing multiple things at once. It took up most of her time, whether than my hair & and styling, how I originally wanted. Chopped hair In certain areas of my head. Which, I couldn't do different hair styles with my hair. I strongly advise against coming to this place. It is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and shows no regard for its customers. My boyfriend has been a loyal regular, but in the past few months, the level of customer service has drastically declined. Normally, I don't leave reviews for small businesses, but this level of treatment is unacceptable. Save your time and money—do not come here.
