Have known Bill and Joyce for years. They are great people. They know exactly how to do their job and they are very good at it.

While I was in there for my birthday as a treat to me from my husband I felt hostility from them the man grabbed my hair and cut it all off not asking me anything!!! He colored what was left then said to me “ I did you a service I cut it longer ! I asked how was it a service if my hair was too short it’s supposed to be below my shoulder I can barely put it in a ponytail!! He said shut up and deal with it !! Who does that!!! Why do that to someone seriously!!
