Very poor customer service. Booked an appointment for a facial clean up, confirmed booking 10min prior to the actual booking time and the lady there was telling that it can't be done as she doesn't have any products left that too without any apologies and was behaving very rude and arrogant. Very horrible customer service. Thank you for the offer you provide after misbehaving with the customers...But for me, I value my self respect more than anything and I never had any such bad experience ever in my life from any salons.
