The salon itself was interesting. If I had someone other than Pauline, I may have liked it. Unfortunately, Pauline has little experience with customer service. Her attitude could best be described as belligerent. I was there for a cut and color and was extremely clear about what I wanted. I looked better when I walked in than when I left.
