Rachel is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable in her practice. I made a 15-minute mistake on my appointment time. I owned up to it and apologized for my mistake but she still felt the need to be Curt and degrading over the phone on my way to the appointment. When I arrived, she took me right in but told me to use the deadbolt to lock the door behind me. It was odd and uncomfortable. I have never been treated so poorly.
