I appreciate that Brittany is knowledgeable and is able to explain the science behind good hair care. I also appreciate that she continues to learn about how to best care for her clients hair.
I shared a picture of the hairstyle I wanted the day before my appointment. She said she could do it. I also told her I was allergic to a certain ingredient. She kindly checked and said it was not in any of the products she used. When I arrived we looked at the products and saw that ingredient was in there. Okay I went to the nearest beauty supply store and bought the supplies she needed to do my hair (spent about $25).
