I shared a picture of the hairstyle I wanted the day before my appointment. She said she could do it. I also told her I was allergic to a certain ingredient. She kindly checked and said it was not in any of the products she used. When I arrived we looked at the products and saw that ingredient was in there. Okay I went to the nearest beauty supply store and bought the supplies she needed to do my hair (spent about $25). Brittany is very professional and kind! She really makes the customer feel heard and provides very helpful feedback when asked about haircare. I was very happy with how my silk press turned out. I would highly recommend her for all your hair related needs!
