Kayla was amazing from start to finish. She was super responsive to all my questions before the appointment, and showed up right on time. She took her time with my hair, was so thorough and gentle, and really made sure the haircut turned out exactly how I wanted. I could tell she genuinely cared about getting it right—not rushed at all. It was such a relaxing experience, and I left feeling so refreshed and confident. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who actually listens and takes pride in their work!
