I have come to Kirsten Downes a few times now and let me say I have never felt more beautiful than I do walking out of that salon! She does a BEAUTIFUL blonde! It is natural, grows out beautifully, and also exactly what I ask for! She truly knows/wants what is best for your hair I highly recommend❤️
