They had a very poor customer service mindset, were very unfriendly, and basically lacked basic skills. This is a hair salon you should never go to and that needs to go out of business. Not even ONE STAR is worth for them!!!

Awful experience. I was 8 minutes late to my appointment (my fault), but she still managed to finish my haircut early. The entire haircut was less than 20 minutes. Felt incredibly rushed. The photo was taken immediately after the haircut. She cut my hair much shorter than I asked, and with far too much layering. I wouldn’t normally leave a bad review for a bad haircut (it happens) but she was also rude. She yanked my hair and scraped my scalp with her comb over and over again. It's worst experience ever. Actually I had been this salon a lot of times before the boss changed recently. Now a lady takes the ownership of the salon and the services dramaticly decline. I didn't get what I wanted even I show pictures to her. She just cut shorter than I expected and did whatever layers she wanted. No any talks and rush to finish when the next customer was showing up. She didn't even clean the cut hair on my face before asked to pay. The whole process is unprofessional and what I felt was hostile.
