We have been there over 10years But still I love to visit .
They had a very poor customer service mindset, were very unfriendly, and basically lacked basic skills. This is a hair salon you should never go to and that needs to go out of business. Not even ONE STAR is worth for them!!!
Awful experience. I was 8 minutes late to my appointment (my fault), but she still managed to finish my haircut early. The entire haircut was less than 20 minutes. Felt incredibly rushed. The photo was taken immediately after the haircut. She cut my hair much shorter than I asked, and with far too much layering. I wouldn’t normally leave a bad review for a bad haircut (it happens) but she was also rude. She yanked my hair and scraped my scalp with her comb over and over again.
