been going here 17 years. wait times are outrageous, staff are unpleasant to be around, the doctor himself is rude (depends on his mood), and the receptionists are lazy and try to charge you for absolutely no reason. need i say more? this isn't just about this clinic, but a reflection of the whole BC healthcare system.
Respect him for being a doctor, but so unprofessional. The receptionist must put a +2 hour wait to the appointment time because it is so useless to even book an appointment when you still have to wait for an unreasonable 2 hour wait time, when the doctor comes to hear you for no longer than a minute.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Hair for several years now, and I can confidently say that the care I receive is consistently outstanding. He is not only incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, but also kind, patient, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. Every appointment feels personal—he takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and never rushes through the visit.
