Absolutely horrible experience. Every appointment, you’re waiting over an hour and a half past the scheduled time just to get into a room, followed by another 30+ minutes waiting for the doctor. This is completely unacceptable and shows zero respect for patients time. If you can’t keep appointments on schedule, don’t book them. I wish I could give 0 stars!!!!
Very unprofessional doctor! Never go there
Receptionists have no idea how to speak to patients. Dr. Hair operates in an unethical manner and refuses to see patients for no reason, has a list of patients he will never see. That’s odd isn’t it? Why keep someone’s folder at your clinic if you have no intent to be their family physician? Disapointing to see long term patients for over 30 years being treated this poorly by the team of doctors and front office staff here.
