Receptionists have no idea how to speak to patients. Dr. Hair operates in an unethical manner and refuses to see patients for no reason, has a list of patients he will never see. That’s odd isn’t it? Why keep someone’s folder at your clinic if you have no intent to be their family physician? Disapointing to see long term patients for over 30 years being treated this poorly by the team of doctors and front office staff here.
been going here 17 years. wait times are outrageous, staff are unpleasant to be around, the doctor himself is rude (depends on his mood), and the receptionists are lazy and try to charge you for absolutely no reason. need i say more? this isn't just about this clinic, but a reflection of the whole BC healthcare system.
