Will never go back. Went to get acrylic's put on and it took far to long and they looked terrible and my fingers were bleeding. Also got my eyebrows done and the lady used cold wax, which basically made my eyebrows fall off, she didn't even apologize. Worst nail place in madison.

I will never go back to them. Hated my hair, eyebrows, and manicure. Beautiful place, just poor service.

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL salon I have ever seen. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is chaos and no one knows what is going on. This is no way to keep business. It is sad too because they have a few very talented staff members. Just too unprofessional to me....Wont be back

I've never been to a salon this unprofessional. My friends and I were the only people in the store and were forced to wait far too long for our services. I wanted a plain manicure, something fairly simple that all nail salons should have down pat. Not only did the woman who did my nails make my thumbs bleed when she was grooming my cuticles and did very poor polishing job, but she also took phone calls, ate a banana, and ordered her lunch.
