Best person ever to do hair and henna!
When looking for excellence look no further! Penney has it all when you are looking for a creative change. I travelled from Tasmania Australia to meet this artistic soul & was adorned with her henna art. I also have one of her henna vests & when I wear it I get so many compliments. 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
There should be more than five stars! If I lived closer again the entire family wouldn't go to anyone else for anything hair related! And the henna is an awesome bonus! Her talent is incredible! Go see Penney, you won't be disappointed!
