I've gotten my hair done by Emily at the Hair Alchemy every time and she is the best. I've gotten my hair lightened, darkened, and in between and every time has just been such an easy process and I've never left without anything beyond what I came in wanting.
We would never go to this place just because of the way the owner responds to negative reviews. Can't wait to see how she responds to this one. Update 2024: They claim the owner doesn't respond to reviews herself yet she references 'her husband" in some of them and signs them (see image). I'm glad she is fully booked behind the chair but your review responses are rude, flippant and pretentious. First visit today for a big chop, and I booked with Maddie after seeing her work on the salon’s social media. I’m so glad I did! She absolutely exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with how my hair turned out. Everyone at the salon was so sweet and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the space itself is absolutely beautiful. Such a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Maddie and this salon!
Dylan was absolutely amazing!!! She expertly achieved the blend of more of a toned down platinum & natural blonde look I was searching for. She was great to work with. The salon itself is very nice, clean, & welcoming. I highly recommend both Hair Alchemy and Dylan for your next hair appointment!!! The incredible scalp massage was the icing on the cake!! 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
