My hair is a problem child! Very thick ,long and kinky! I received a new treatment from milkshake that made it very manageable for be now to be able to straightened and style it!! I love it & now I will be taking my daughter there for the same treatment! Love the NEW STAFF & environment, it's definitely a great vibe!
Not sure what happen to Jimmy and when i asked they said he isnt coming back and they dont know why. Also whenever i go by its never open even though it shpuld be. Not sure what happen and i tried to be loyal and follow them from the mall but its been nothing but a headache.
I had a terrible experience with this hair salon. I made an appointment for today at 12 PM, and despite the salon opening much earlier, no one was there when I arrived. I never received any call or notification about a cancellation. This is extremely unprofessional and a huge inconvenience. I won't be coming back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Everyone is so great. ...However, the owner did my hair and it is still dry and ugly since October. She does not listen to what u want. Make sure u are very very specific.....my hair may never be pretty again. Salon great. Do not use Chelsi!
