That comment couldn't be further from the truth! My family have been regular customers for almost 10 years and have always been treated wonderfully. The girls do a fantastic job cutting hair and they are so patient with the kids. They have plenty of toys, a huge chalkboard and are always playing their favorite videos, which are a great distraction. They truly make the experience fun!
