Had an appointment booked for the 21st at 1pm, at noon received a text they were unable to make it to work that day and if we could reschedule for the 22nd same time. I agreed, I understand things happen. Showed up at 12:45, door was locked, rang the bell, no answer. Texted and no reply. Called 4 times, no answer. Still almost a week later, never heard anything back. Will not book again and go elsewhere.
Helped fix my hair. It was a great price to help as well. I should have booked my appointment with her first instead of trying on my own. I absolutely love my hair!
