He doesn't do beards, when I asked him to clean my beard he tried to do something with the machine IN my beard, instead of using a comb. But the worst part is: he failed to decide about the border between hair and beard, so on one side of my head the transition between hair and beard is on another height than on the other side!
I desperately needed a haircut (my usual person is ill), so I checked the reviews for places near Ryerson. Terry's came up with good reviews, so I ventured into the lower level of the Aura condo at Gerrard and Yonge. The woman slouched against the door frame of Terry's said "Terry busy" rather loudly and rudely, and made no effort to book an appointment or explain further, so I walked away.
