Derick was so easy to work with! We were out of state for a large portion of the construction but he kept us updated! We will use him again if we ever build again!
I am incredibly pleased with my new home. After we tore down the old house in Sept, I left for the winter to Florida. Derick kept in contact, sent photos of the progress, and facetimed when needed. When I returned in May, I had the perfect home with many additional extras. He added finishing touches that enhanced the final look and I loved them. Derick listened, saw my vision, and followed through. I have never regretted my decision to build with Hainstock Homes.
After our first meeting with Derick, we determined Hainstock Homes was the right builder for us. We had two major concerns up front, a year of lost time due to planning with another builder that was not a good fit and building in the middle of COVID. Derick and his crew are professional, skilled, personable, polite, hard working, and pay attention to detail, like no other!! From digging up the ground for foundation, to installing the handles on the beautiful custom cabinets, I simply can't say enough!!
