The whole staff is very welcoming. I have met both Drs Du and Szabo and have known Dr Haines for years. All are wonderful people. The office is easy to find, clean and attractive, and very efficiently run. The hygienist at my recent cleaning was pleasant, thorough,and gentle. Kudos! Their appointment confirmation system is a bit over the top however you won’t forget when your visit is scheduled.
I am an EXTREMELY dental phobic patient. How phobic? I've been turned away by multiple dentist because they don't have the capacity to deal with my phobia. My one tooth got to the point of being so bad that I didn't have much choice. There are many dentist who say they understand dental phobia who really don't. Or that don't take it serious enough. Dr Du is friendly and does a thorough exam. She also explains and answers all my questions. No pressure but honest communicaton.
Dr Haines was my dentist for the last decade. It was a sad day when he retired. However, the transition to Drs Du and Szabo was seamless. The wonderful staff stays the same. So does the quality of care. l live 40 minutes away in Redmond. But, I have no plans to find a dentist closer to home. I am staying right here with this tried and true dental practice.

I recently had the best experience I’ve ever had from a dentist office. Everyone I came in contact with, even in passing, was extremely nice and helpful. I was a very inconvenient patient as I had a hard deadline to get my work finished before my benefits ended. They fit me in their schedule extremely fast and helped me pick what to address within my budget.
