I strongly recommend Adam. He came quickly after our call, he actually changed his plans to come over. There was a strong stench coming from the AC unit and he figured it out right away that we might have a dead rat in the unit. And he was right!!! A huge dead rat was sitting in the unit panel. Adam went above and beyond, he removed the dead rat and made sure that there wasn’t any trace of other rats. He changed our filter too while he was there!!! We are so grateful for Adam and feel indebted to him for his services. Our fairly new AC unit quit working in the midst of this heat wave. It wasn’t long before it became unbearable inside that house. As you can imagine, these guys are working overtime in this season and are booked out. The installer wasn’t available to come out. I don’t usually leave reviews but Adam and his crew went above and beyond to get our AC up and running. They are honest and reliable. They will be my go to from now on.
Adam is awesome! I called him while he was on vacation, during a heat wave, and he said he would come by on Tuesday at 6:00 AM. He arrived on time and worked to fix the problem. He was honest and initially tried to avoid replacing the fan, but in the end, it needed to be replaced. He showed me the part, and it was evident why it needed replacement. I would definitely trust Haines to do your job as he is honest, fair, quick, and does good work!
