RecommendedMom brought my car in to get four new tires because I had to work. Only to find out whoever touched my tires last, really screwed up lug nuts on one. Haines initially told me they could get the new tires on if they broke off the lug nuts, but I'd have to get the issue fixed elsewhere... Within twenty minutes they had tracked down the parts I needed and fixed the issue, no extra charge. Definitly would come again! Thank you to whoever worked on the orange crosstrek today! 👍
