I will let you know that in this place they will NOT give you this letter. It doesn't matter if you spent a long time volunteering and in addition they take care of your pet to be treated, without any privileges like a normal client. If I could of given this company zero stars I would have. We had to use them for both our dogs. The first dog the doctor told us that she needed 2 antibiotics and an anti-inflammatory. Come to find out the doctor lied, because she put our dog on a steroid. The other dog all they saw was dollar signs. In two visits they charged us almost $600.00. The doctor requested a follow up visit and the front desk charged us for every visit. On top of everything the staff ruined personal property and acted like they did nothing wrong. H... read more
