First time using this service and Chris is very good at what he does. He came to me quickly to help with my problem. I was most surprised and pleased by his fair pricing. Mr. Deal did an amazing job helping me and my family with our horse trailer/rv. He completely redid the interior and helped out AC in the horse trailer part of the RV. He was very upfront with how much things would cost, and worked with us on our time frame of when we needed things completed by. It was well worth the amount spent and the phenomenal service we received. His two employees were also wonderful in providing assistance as well. We will definitely be using Mr. Deal and his services in the future!
Mr. Hail was referred by Forest River. He came to the campground where my camper was set up and assessed a defective awning tube and thermostat. He then ordered parts and filed a claim with my warranty company. I then moved my camper to another location. Mr. Hail was aware of all of this and said no problem. He was paid by my warranty company well over $3,000 and the work has never been done. This all started on June of 2024 and it’s now March 2025. I've had 3 things fixed by them: a window, waterline, and water heater. All are done wonderfully, Chris Is so kind and charismatic. They explain everything to you if you have any questions and have very reasonable prices. I fully recommend them and will go to them for all my RV repairs and needs.
