I hate putting bad reviews on people but Chris dropped the ball several times. I called on August 26th to get an appointment to have a few things fixed. He told me send the info to him so he could "get me on the books" so I did. So i text him September 10 to see when he was going to come out. He told me he never got my info that i texted him. This guy does below standard work. I found this company through Google in 2022, after we had an accident with our fifth wheel. Estimate was around $8800. After he was paid, he ordered parts and met with me to go over everything. He said that he could save me some money, by not replacing the three tanks on the estimate, because after he got into the work, he said they weren't damaged after all. I was really in a pinch. I needed repair on my hot water heater for a trip I had coming up in just days. He fit me right in and fixed my issue. I highly recommend this service.
Came out twice to replace slide out toppers. Very poor install both times. Said he would give me a refund but still hasn’t done so and stopped responding.
Chris and his team installed a new refrigerator in our old RV. Did a fantastic job, and stayed true to his timeline and cost estimate. Highly recommend!
