I have been in many times for faxing or mailing. I have had immediate service with no problem.
I'm delighted with this business. The service is excellent. I have a postal box; I've mailed items; used them as a notary and done overnight shipping. There never has been a wait for service. Fast, Friendly and efficient. Thank you!!
If you want good customer service, go somewhere else. I have been doing business on and off for a few years and every time I go I tell myself to stop going. When you ask the owner questions, he is very short and does not explain different shipping options. Also, there is a sign on the desk that says they will charge $0.50 extra for using a credit card for purchases under $5.00. That's understandable.
