I’ve been waiting to get a hold of someone in this company to update my policy because work requires it. It’s been a week, every time I call it’s voicemail and they’d rather text, but takes hours to respond. Update: I got a call from Shay, she super apologetic about what happened. I appreciate her taking ownership over the situation.

I recently got life, renters, and car insurance here with State Farm and it has been great. I was able to save so much money on my insurance by switching to State Farm. Shay helped me out and she was extremely knowledgeable! She was able to explain everything to me so I could understand it,(as different Insurance coverages can be confusing) and walked me through it each step of the way.
