Every root canal done here failed and needed to be redone. Dealing with the last one which has me in extreme agony currently. This particular root canal Dr Bernstein said his filling would do and I would not need a crown on that tooth. Never heard of such a thing.
I went to Dr. Bernstein for a retreatment root canal evaluation, which cost me $180 cash. They quoted me $968 even with my insurance, explaining that they had to scan my tooth four times and that the scans were not covered by insurance. I later went to a different endodontist who billed my insurance for the evaluation and quoted me only $375 with the exact same insurance coverage. I felt responsible to share my experience so others can make informed decisions before choosing this practice.
I had a root canal done yesterday at Dr. Bernstein’s Office and I’m truly grateful for how kind and caring everyone was. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease.
