Hail Professionals did a great job on my repairs, and their customer service was outstanding. After going through a frustrating experience with my insurance company following the hail storm, it was refreshing to work with Vlad. The evaluation was quick and efficient, and they started work as soon as everything was approved for insurance. They were also extremely communicative throughout the process, giving me frequent updates and providing me with a rental while they worked on my car. I could not ask for a better experience.
