Landon Stokes was able to handle our families claim and get our roof replaced through insurance after an initial denial. We did not have representation during the first inspection. After having given Landon a call to let him know the story, he was able to come out and perform a thorough inspection. Documented legitimate damage and then met the insurance for a second time. Hail King Professional Roofing did a great job on our chimney repair. Our chimney was in pretty bad shape and even had a hole in it, and this was right before the ice storm we recently experienced, so we were a bit stressed about it. I worked with Rudy the Roofer, and he was professional, responsive, and in constant communication throughout the process. As a wind storm was occurring, I contacted Hail King Professional Roofing and spoke to Lori directly ( how amazing that they are 24 hours and answer their calls immediately !!) She was nearby and came immediately, during the wind storm might I add, and she accessed the situation to our roof as shingles were flying off. I can't say enough good things about Rudy the Roofer and the team at Hail King Roofing. I filed a hail damage insurance claim back in January, and my insurance company initially only approved replacing half of my roof. Rudy didn't accept that outcome and continued working with the insurance company on my behalf. He and his team pushed for another inspection and met with the inspector in person.
