From our first phone conversation, Harrison was honest and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the roof repairs, but the outcome with the ceiling repairs in my master bedroom was not as impressive as I expected. Overall I would refer Hail King Roofing to friends for any roofing repairs they may need in the future.

Be very leery of the cost of roof inspections! My recent roof inspection for a 2100 sq ft 2-story condo cost $420. I called Dustin, the inspector, 3 times for an explanation of costs and he did not return my calls. The Operations Manager, Lane, had no details when I called the office. I spoke to Lori, the Owner, and she promised a phone call back the next day. I never heard back.

We used Hail King to replace our hail damaged roof. Harrison, our Hail King rep really went the extra mile to ensure our roof was made safe again, communicating and educating throughout the process. We had a challenging and extended negotiation process with our insurance company, who was initially not excited to pay for the replacement. Our persistence paid off though.
