Although the company had great customer service (respectful, friendly, and informative), I was not happy with the outcome of my car. My vehicle came back to me with a 4 inch scratch on the trim that was not there when I dropped it off. I was told that they are unsure when/if they will be able to fix it. I will be happy to adjust my rate when/if the trim gets fixed. Edit to add my driver side trim just popped off and I have noticed several more scratches around where the trim was installed.
I couldn't be any more satisfied with that Hail Inc. did with my truck. When Danny tells you that you'll have your vehicle back in 10 days or less, I thought there was no way, but wow, they made it happen. The whole process was extremely easy. i didn't have to deal with the insurance or rental place. Danny had everything already set for me. I will 100% recommend Hail Inc. to anyone, they are very trustworthy, and professionalism is beyond word.
Hail Inc. is awesome. I used them a few years ago almost to the date of my last encounter with hail and could not have been happier. Contacted Salem Heller again for the most recent storm. He is amazing dealing with insurance adjusters and had my car repaired perfectly within a week. After receiving it back we had him repair my husband’s SUV. Both look brand new. Salem is kind and extremely professional. I highly recommend Hail Inc for your repair needs.
With everything going on with these bad storms..it was easy for me to take my vehicle to these guys! A RENTAL…SHORT TURNAROUND..NOT HAVING TO DEAL WITH INSURANCE COMPANY!! AMAZING TO SAY THE LEAST! Daniel was amazing! I highly recommend these guys!
I had a brand new 2024 Audi Q8 E-Tron that suffered relatively significant hail damage 3 months into ownership. I was incredibly nervous about finding the right place/people to do the work as I wanted it to look brand new again. Salem (owner) and his team did an amazing job not only with the PDR but with consistent communication and great efficiency. I highly recommend their work and overall professionalism!
