Francis and his team at Hail Council are absolutely first class in all respects. I used Hail Council a few years ago and was so impressed by the work they do and the care they have for clients, that when my car got damaged again, I had no stress,, I knew exactly who to call to get the job done quickly and professionally! Every expectation I had was exceeded! These folks are amazing. Absolutely amazing customer service. They provide painless dent repair, not just paintless. They took both cars at the same time, arranged our rentals, dealt with the moody insurance adjuster, and got it all done in less time than quoted. The cars look amazing!
Wow!!! They went above and beyond! They hard to get more than the cheap insurance company wanted to pay. I didn’t have to pay a nickle, and even got a rental car direct from them. The car was done in days, not weeks and came back looking amazing. Not even a trace of hail dents anywhere. Often times companies will cut corners to save money neglect parts like the trimming around the windows, not them! They even detailed the car and brought it back to my house. I am more than impressed and they now have a customer for life!
