We purchased a new puppy from pet store and were incentivized to take the pup to Ha'iku. Vet services were competent and adequate enough albeit a bit rushed. In comparson to other similar clinics in Kane'ohe-Kailua, I would rate Ha'iku lowest on customer service. Pity because I actually prefer to patronize small local businesses.
