We purchased a new puppy from pet store and were incentivized to take the pup to Ha'iku. Vet services were competent and adequate enough albeit a bit rushed. In comparson to other similar clinics in Kane'ohe-Kailua, I would rate Ha'iku lowest on customer service. Pity because I actually prefer to patronize small local businesses. Parking is free but bad at the neighborhood mall where the clinic is located. Tricky to manuveur car in crowded, small, and sloping parking area.
