We purchased a new puppy from pet store and were incentivized to take the pup to Ha'iku. Vet services were competent and adequate enough albeit a bit rushed. In comparson to other similar clinics in Kane'ohe-Kailua, I would rate Ha'iku lowest on customer service. Pity because I actually prefer to patronize small local businesses. Mindy is an awesome groomer!! We have been with Mindy for over 5 years. She takes her time to keep my pups stress level to a minimum and my pup always comes out looking Fabulous!!
Great people and very knowledgeable of pets. Very caring of how to hold and position my dog to keep him and the staff safe. With as crazy as my dog can get, he was treated with great care and love. I’m very happy with the staff. I know my son feels the same way.
