Today we had one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. While eating, we found what appeared to be a piece of dental hardware/metal in the rice. We immediately informed our server, expecting the situation to be handled professionally. Unfortunately, she did absolutely nothing to help or offer a solution. A tooth fragment showed up in the rice, and when we complained, we were treated unpleasantly — even in a discriminatory way. Cris, a staff member at the restaurant, implied that we planted it on purpose to avoid paying for our meal. The hygiene is terrible, and the customer service is even worse!!!!!
