Doctor was more than a half hour behind on his appointments. He's great, explains everything thoroughly and has a kind and gentle bedside manner. This is now, ***1/28/25 *** The doctor has left his work! HE RETIRED.... We didn't know anything about that! I've been going there for over 15 years or so! We are DEVASTATED! I met Dr. Haikal about 5 years ago when my husband had his first visit at his Windmill office. He took the time to answer some off topic questions. The office staff was efficient and pleasant. Again, this past week I was at his office accompanying my husband for a procedure. The check in representative was efficient, quick, articulate and pleasant. Dr. Haikal completed the procedure and we were on the road about 1 1/2 hrs later. But what impressed me the most was that Dr. Haikal waited for my husband to wake up from anesthes... read more
