I came in with a self-cut haircut I thought was hopeless, but when I walked in I was immediately greeted by Owen, who sat me down and listened carefully to what I wanted and didn't make me feel judged at all for cutting my hair myself. Service was amazing! Everything from start to finish was very easy and professional. Came in unsure of what I wanted and Tom understood my vision perfectly. Got my black hair incredibly light with minimal damage. Extremely happy with the results and will definitely be back :)
