BE CAREFUL! Had them come out to fix a unit and they did. A week later the unit stopped pumping hot air. I called them to come fix the issue and they told me that I had to pay for what they did then they were going to charge me again to fix the problem they didn’t fix the first time. Unit was leaking from their repair site.
I would most definitely recommend Haigh Heating & Cooling to anyone who is looking for a professional, fair, prompt and most of all honest. Not to mention, reasonable and no nonsense approach. I will not mention the other companies name who is in the same line of work as Haigh but do to their substandard incompetent work and new equipment they installed incorrectly going out/bad led me to our new go to company (Haigh Heating & Cooling) for any of our homes needs. Jason came out on an after-hours call because my heating unit stopped working and two other companies said I needed a new system but Jason came out and in 2 hours he had my heat running. He is honest and hard-working.
Jason was amazing to work with! He is extremely genuine and honest. He wants his customers to have a good experience with his company so he goes above and beyond to ensure that his customers are happy with the product as well as his service. We were without air conditioning in the hottest part of the summer. Jason loaned us a portable air conditioner to use while waiting for our new system to get ordered and installed.
