Why specify you are open at 9:30 when you aren't open until 11. Absolute waist of my time
Called ahead of time because I have an old car and some places don’t want to deal with them. He said sure, bring it by. I head over immediately. One nice older couple ahead of me with a brand new car.. no problem, should take a half hour tops. Sat there for an hourin the hot waiting area with no AC. I hear all the additional charges he tacked on their smog and start to worry ($69.75 advertised on the wall - they paid $140!) They leave. I’m next. Or so I thought. Quick, efficient SMOG. Then I had a mess of paperwork to register the same car at DMV. I was dreading the lines and hassle. He explained the problem to me and had the problems resolved. Again, fast, accurate, and that added maybe 10 minutes. I walked in with a mess and I walked out with a SMOG and my car registered.
This guy said he could get all the paperwork submitted to get my out of state car registered- smog, vin inspection, registration submitted. After the smog (which took forever) he said he couldn't do the registration so I still had to go to the DMV. It was $125 JUST FOR THE SMOG!! I would not recommend this place at all.
Why have hours if you aren't going to be there during them. Came today 8/2 and it states online, Google maps and on the door 6 pm close. 5:40 pm you already were. Just saying, maybe change the signage if you change your hours.
