GECares doesn’t care very much. I have a refrigerator that seems to need the thermostat replaced. I know it is out of warranty and was just looking for a recommendation for a company to service it. They couldn’t provide me with one and couldn’t have cared less.
We purchased an RV in 2021 that came with a GE air conditioning unit. The unit failed within the first year and was replaced under warranty in 2022. In December 2024 we travelled to Florida and the air conditioning unit failed again. After several phone calls and emails we were never contacted by a warranty manger to assist us with our issue. I bought all GE appliances expecting quality but boy has it been quite the opposite. The electronics of the appliances grenade themselves in no time. What a waste of money.
