Genuine Wisconsin ginseng at great value!!! Products are sold fast, and staffs are helpful! Owner is a bit loud but don't mistaken her as unfriendly. It's her normal business voice.
My family buys ginseng from this shop. Service has been good and prices are good. It does take patience to purchase at this shop because they are constantly busy when we visit! Expect to pay with cash at this business, as they do not take cards. We requested that they slice the ginseng for us which they gladly did!
They're apparently a good company according to the other reviews. However, if you only speak English (as do I) and even if you are a certified Chinese Herbalist, they just hang up on you.
