Terrible front desk. Called twice and they hung up on my mom. Both times she had to wait 10-15 minutes for them to pick up the call only for the front desk ladies to hang up. She doesn’t speak good English and they had no patience. I called Tuesday oct. 6.
Dr. Hai Troung is the first primary care doctor I’ve found that genuinely cares and helps her patients.
Dr Hai Truong was a bully at my last appointment. I had come in for a follow up thinking it was for my ongoing cancer treatment but instead it was for a bp scrip I had not filled because the oncologist office said it was okay not to at this time. Instead of talking to me regarding my current situation or reason for postponing, she told me I must want to die quickly. She said cancer won’t kill me, stroke or heart attack will.
