I am insured with Statefarms and usually go to Fountain Valley body works for any repair on my or my family's cars. I was referred by a friend who had been here @ Hai Tech collision for repair a few time and very comfortable and happy with the services and repair. I have State Farm Insurance Company, the day I got in a accident. State Farm refer Hai Tech Collision so I tow my car to their shop. I didn’t allow them to tear down my vehicle or to start the work on my car. All I wanted was for them to give me a reasonable estimate. I didn’t hear from them for two weeks, when I called them they already order the parts and started working on my vehicle without my permission.
