I got a haircut and they didn't do well with my hair from the photo I gave for reference. I got home to check it along with friends and it looks pretty much different from what I showed, there's not much I can do now. This place does not do good with mens hair service. Kat took the time to go over exactly what I was looking for and walked me through how she was going to do it, ensuring the plan stayed within my budget. Trish just moved to Hai Lights from Revamp, so I went to see her as she’s been cutting my hair for years. Awesome cut and conversation as always and the new location is really nice, spacious and welcoming. I’m super happy for Trish and us clients, it’s a refreshing change of venue and vibe. I highly recommend.
