Shelby Wallace is a joke. If you want to blow a ton of money on a lazy attorney that doesn’t care about you, your assets, or your well-being then this is the person for you! Always excuses, doesn’t even get back to you in a timely manner, doesn’t fight for what your needs or concerns out instead she wants to settle or keep the peace with your significant other. Blatant disrespect of your time and money.
I am an attorney. I'm also a former client of Erin Hahn. After I fired Erin Hahn, my new lawyer obtained texts showing that Erin Hahn shared damaging/confidential information with another person. That person then shared that information with the opposing party in my custody case. Erin Hahn is not just a bad lawyer -- she is highly unethical and should face professional discipline from the Wisconsin State Bar. I expect that she may yet. Erin Hahn and her team are absolutely amazing! Going through a divorce sucks and the awesome team at Hahn, Wallace & Associates were there to help me through every step of the way, thinking of things I hadn't even thought of. I felt fully informed & supported along the way and felt very cared about instead of potentially just feeling like a "case file". I can't say enough nice things. As an attorney and former client of Erin Hahn, I’ll gladly echo the two women who lodged their complaints about her as an abrasive, rude, and unprofessional advocate. If you intend to invest serious resources in a privately retained lawyer, I recommend you look elsewhere. I am uniquely suited to know the difference between a good and bad advocate.
